This is a leadership role focused on driving the successful delivery of digital banking initiatives through Agile delivery practices, cross-functional collaboration, and technical oversight.\n\nWorking closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, Architects, Developers, QA teams, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Security stakeholders, you will lead a delivery pod responsible for bringing new products, enhancements, and platform improvements from concept through production release.\n\nWhat You'll Be DoingLead Agile delivery activities for digital banking and technology initiatives\nManage sprint planning, release planning, backlog prioritization, story estimation, and Agile ceremonies\nPartner with Product Owners and Project Managers to define scope, delivery roadmaps, MVPs, and release strategies\nCoordinate cross-functional teams including Development, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, Security, and external technology partners\nMonitor delivery progress, team velocity, risks, issues, dependencies, and overall project health\nDrive production releases and ongoing platform enhancements\nCollaborate with architecture and technology leadership teams on solution design and delivery approach\nProvide status reporting and delivery updates to senior stakeholders\nMentor, coach, and guide pod members while fostering a high-performing Agile culture\nIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement across delivery processes and methodologies\n\nWhat We're Looking For7+ years of experience in technology delivery, Agile delivery, project delivery, Scrum Master, Technical Delivery Manager, Application Manager, or related leadership roles\nExperience leading Agile teams and managing software delivery through the full SDLC\nStrong understanding of Agile methodologies, sprint planning, backlog management, and release management\nExperience working with APIs, microservices, cloud-based environments, and modern application delivery practices\nHands-on experience with Jira and Confluence\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams\nProven ability to manage risks, dependencies, and competing priorities in fast-paced environments\n\nPreferred ExperienceFinancial services, banking, lending, mortgage, fintech, or digital banking experience\nExperience supporting customer-facing applications, online banking platforms, or digital products\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms and modern enterprise architecture environments\n\nWhy Consider This Opportunity?Lead high-visibility digital transformation initiatives\nPartner with senior technology and business leaders\nWork within a modern Agile delivery environment\nHelp shape the future of digital banking products and services\nHybrid work environment with opportunities for long-term career growth\n\nRate -
