Key duties include preparing and organizing will-call orders, verifying order details against invoices, assisting customers with locating and loading materials, and maintaining accurate records of transactions. The role also involves communicating with sales staff and customers to resolve discrepancies or address special requests.\n\nResponsibilities:\nPrimarily to perform customer service tasks filling orders of “walk-in\" customers.\nEngage and build professional relationships, providing excellent customer service.\nProactively assist customers with loading and unloading of materials purchased.\nMaintain yard, product and work areas in a neat, clean and safe manner.\nMaintain fundamental product knowledge & location throughout the yard.\nEnsure products and materials are well stocked of inventory at all times.\nKeeps management aware of any delays or discrepancies.\nReviews materials loaded against invoice or requisition;
