The role is accountable for the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting across all businesses in the complex, for embedding strong financial controls and cost discipline across every factory floor, and for acting as the primary finance business partner to complex and plant leadership. This is a senior role suited to a candidate who has directly managed finance for more than one factory or manufacturing unit operating under a single site.\n\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nFinancial Leadership & Control\n\nOwn the full financial control environment for all factories/business units within the complex, ensuring accurate, timely and IFRS-compliant financial statements.\nLead month-end and year-end close across all business units in the complex and preparing the Management Accounts with detailed schedules.\nDesign and enforce financial controls, approval matrices and segregation of duties appropriate to a multi-factory environment.\nOwn the balance sheet for the company — including reconciliations, provisioning and detailing of all key GL accounts.\n\nBusiness Partnering\n\nAct as the lead finance partner to Plant leadership across all product lines, translating factory-floor performance into financial insight.\nProvide P&L and margin visibility by factory and by product line, highlighting cost drivers and efficiency opportunities.\nSupport pricing, capex and investment decisions with robust financial analysis specific to each manufacturing line.\nBuild, lead and develop the finance team within the complex — Cost & Inventory Controller(s), AP, AR and GL/Fixed Asset roles.\n\nBudgeting & Reporting\n\nLead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting for all businesses within the complex.\nOwn working capital management — inventory, receivables and payables — across the complex.\nDeliver Management reporting packs and variance analysis to Senior Management.\n\nERP \n\nOversee the correct use of NetSuite OneWorld across all business units.\nEnsure consistent finance processes and standards are applied uniformly across all factories in the complex.\nAssist in creation and defining the costing process in the factories and translating the same in the ERP.\n\nAudit – Internal & External\n\nEnsure compliance with statutory, tax and regulatory requirements across all entities in the complex.\nServe as the primary point of contact for internal and external audits covering the complex.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE\n\nBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.\nProfessional accounting qualification required — ICAN or ACCA\nMinimum of 10 years' post-qualification experience, including at least 2–3 years in a senior finance leadership role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.\nDemonstrated experience managing finance for multiple factories, product lines or business units operating under a single complex -
