Working within our Member Operations team, you'll assess and process health insurance claims, support members and providers with enquiries, and contribute to a positive customer experience through efficient, empathetic service. You'll also have opportunities to develop your technical capability, contribute improvement ideas and be part of HBF's ongoing transformation journey.\nIn this role, you will:\nAssess and process health insurance claims accurately and efficiently in line with policies, procedures and service standards.\nRespond to member and provider enquiries, resolving issues at the earliest opportunity where possible.\nManage workload priorities to achieve productivity, quality and service level targets.\nApply approved procedures, delegations, privacy requirements and risk controls in day-to-day activities.\nParticipate in team routines, coaching, cross-skilling and continuous improvement initiatives.\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes and reduce manual effort while maintaining quality outcomes.\nAbout You \nYou're someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, customer service and problem-solving go hand in hand.
