The role focuses on inventory accuracy, stock reconciliation, process compliance, and continuous improvement to ensure inventory is managed effectively and customer service requirements are met.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nHealth, Safety & Housekeeping\n\nInventory Accuracy & Stock Control\n\nStock Auditing & Compliance\n\nReceiving & Put-Away Verification\n\nInventory Analysis & Reporting\n\nWarehouse Process Improvement\n\nOperational Support\n\nMinimum Requirements\nPrevious experience in an Inventory Control, Stock Control, or Warehouse Administration role.\n\nStrong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management principles.\n\nExperience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems.\n\nProficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nExcellent attention to detail and accuracy.\n\nEffective communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nPreferred Requirements\nExperience within a 3PL, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environment.\n\nUnderstanding of Lean, Continuous Improvement, or Six Sigma principles.\n\nExperience supporting inventory audits and compliance programmes.\n\nCounterbalance or Reach Truck license (where operational support is required\n\nH.B.
