Learn more at www.hbfuller.com.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nImport & Export Operations\nCoordinate inbound and outbound shipments (air, ocean, ground).\nPrepare/review commercial documents (invoices, packing lists, COO, shipping docs).\nEnsure correct tariff classification, customs valuation, and regulatory compliance.\nWork with customs brokers for timely clearance and resolve delays or documentation issues.\nMonitor shipment status and address risks proactively.\nCompliance & Regulatory Management\nMaintain compliance with Mexican Customs Law, RGCE, and international trade regulations.\nKeep updated on tariff changes, sanctions, export controls, and forced-labor regulations.\nMaintain accurate records per corporate/local retention rules.\nSupport internal/external audits related to customs and trade compliance.\nLogistics Coordination\nSchedule transportation with carriers/forwarders, optimizing cost and transit.\nTrack logistics KPIs and evaluate freight performance.\nCollaborate with Purchasing, Production, Warehouse, and Planning to support supply continuity.\nDocumentation & Data Management\nMaintain shipment logs, customs entries, and KPI databases.\nValidate accuracy of supplier and customer shipping documents.\nEnsure consistency between ERP data, broker entries, and physical/digital files.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nCommunicate shipment status, risks, and corrective actions to stakeholders.\nWork with suppliers to obtain documentation and resolve logistics issues.\nSupport Finance with freight invoice validation and landed cost reviews.\nMinimum Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.\n2+ years of import/export experience in manufacturing.\nKnowledge of Mexican customs procedures, HS codes, and global shipping documents.\nExperience coordinating air/ocean/ground freight and working with brokers/forwarders.\nStrong Spanish and intermediate-advanced English.\nProficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).\nHigh attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting customs audits.\nKnowledge of USMCA rules of origin.\nUnderstanding of global trade compliance (sanctions, export controls, forced-labor).\nIMMEX program experience (temporary imports, compliance frameworks).\nAnnex 24 experience (reconciliation, BOM consumption, traceability).\nExperience in chemical-industry logistics (HAZMAT, SDS, UN classifications).\n#LI-OA1\nH.B.
