This role supports preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to minimize downtime and maintain quality standards. You’ll work collaboratively, reinforcing safety practices and contributing to a clean, organized work environment.\nMaintenance Mechanic\nMesquite, TX / On-Site\n3rd Shift: 11:00p- 7:30a, 2 weekend shifts per month\nPay: $27.00-$32.00/hr based on experience\nPrimary Responsibilities\nFollow all safety rules, PPE requirements, and lockout/tagout procedures; reinforce with peers.\nPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.\nDiagnose equipment issues and implement cost-effective solutions.\nOperate and maintain forklifts/highboys; complete required training.\nMaintain accurate documentation for repairs, purchases, and inventory.\nSchedule and track maintenance using CMMS to reduce downtime.\nResearch and recommend standardized equipment to optimize spare parts.\nTrain and mentor maintenance team members.\nMinimum Requirements\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\n3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.\nAbility to read technical manuals and interpret schematics.\nKnowledge of OSHA standards and plant safety procedures.\nAuthorized to work in the U.S.\nPreferred Requirements\nTechnical certification in mechanical or electrical systems.\nExperience with CMMS software.\nStrong problem-solving and communication skills.\nForklift certification.\nPay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.\nThe salary for this role is $27.00-$32.00.In addition to your salary, H.B.
