Fuller’s South Bend site, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production. This role is responsible for supervising teams, optimizing processes, and meeting production targets while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. The position partners cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement and support overall plant performance.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nSupervise and support night shift production teams to meet daily output, quality, and safety goals\n\nMonitor production processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions\n\nEnsure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations and procedures\n\nTrack and report key performance metrics (e.g., throughput, downtime, scrap rates)\n\nLead shift handoffs and communicate production updates across teams\n\nCoach and develop team members through feedback, training, and performance management\n\nCollaborate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve operational issues\n\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste\n\nMinimum Requirements\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, or related field preferred\n\n5+ years of experience in manufacturing or production environments\n\n2+ years of people leadership experience in a production setting\n\nDemonstrated ability to manage production metrics and meet operational targets\n\nLegal authorization to work in the United States\n\nPreferred Requirements\nExperience in chemical, adhesives, or industrial manufacturing environments\n\nKnowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)\n\nProficiency with manufacturing systems (e.g., ERP, MES) and data analysis tools\n\nExperience supporting multi-shift or 24/7 production operations\n\n#LI-LK1\nPay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.\nThe salary for this role is $135,000-$155,000.In addition to your salary, H.B.
