Fuller.\n\nEnd of summer final presentation to showcase your career development with support from managers and peers.\n\nPosition Overview:\nThe Process Engineering Intern supports manufacturing, maintenance, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Houston, TX specialty chemicals manufacturing facility. This role provides hands-on experience in a production environment by leading projects that improve equipment reliability, operational efficiency, safety, product quality, and data-driven decision making. The intern will collaborate with production, maintenance, quality, engineering, and EHS teams to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and deliver sustainable improvements that support plant performance and business objectives.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nSupport Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.\n\nAssist with maintenance and reliability projects, including preventive maintenance optimization, asset management, and critical spare parts strategies.\n\nAnalyze production, maintenance, and quality data to identify trends, solve problems, and drive sustainable operational improvements.\n\nDevelop and maintain technical documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, equipment drawings, process flow diagrams, and P&IDs.\n\nLead cross-functional projects across operations, maintenance, quality, and safety, presenting recommendations and results to site leadership.\n\nImplement continuous improvement tools to drive best practices within the Houston facility.\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\nCurrently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.\n\nRising junior or senior standing in one of the listed engineering disciplines.\n\nComfortable working in a production or manufacturing environment.\n\nPay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.\nThe salary for this role is $22-$25 per hour.In addition to your salary, H.B.
