This role requires strict adherence to company policies, safety standards, quality expectations, and all applicable legal regulations. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and dedicated to producing high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nPrepare and stage raw materials and packaging for production.\nSafely operate production equipment following SOPs and work instructions.\nMonitor equipment and perform quality checks to meet production standards.\nPackage finished products, verify labels, and complete production documentation.\nMaintain a safe, clean work environment and follow all safety procedures.\nPerform additional duties as assigned by Production Supervisors or Managers.\nMinimum Qualifications\nHS diploma, GED, or equivalent.\n2+ years of manufacturing experience.\nBasic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.\nAbility to read work instructions, follow safety procedures, and work assigned shifts.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBackground in a technical, mechanical, or industrial setting.\nForklift certification or the ability to obtain certification.\nPhysical Demands & Work Environment\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, reach, and climb stairs throughout the shift.\nRegularly lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance and up to 100 lbs. with assistance.\nAbility to work in a chemical manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, noise, dust, and odors.\nFollow all safety procedures and PPE guidelines.\nWhy H.B.
