Learn more at www.hbfuller.com.\nPosition Overview\nThe Process Safety Management (PSM) Engineer leads process risk reduction initiatives across multiple manufacturing facilities handling flammable materials. This role serves as the primary technical resource for OSHA PSM and EPA RMP compliance, partnering with EHS, Operations, and Engineering teams to drive safe and reliable operations. The position supports audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and process safety program execution throughout the region.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nLead Process Hazard Analyses (PHA) for new and existing processes.\n\nFacilitate Management of Change (MOC) and Pre-Startup Safety Reviews.\n\nIdentify, design, and implement process safety engineering controls.\n\nSupport OSHA PSM and EPA RMP program compliance activities.\n\nConduct incident investigations and manage corrective actions.\n\nSupport mechanical integrity and preventive maintenance programs.\n\nMaintain process safety information and system documentation.\n\nTrack safety metrics and support compliance audits and training.\n\nMinimum Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Safety, or related Engineering field.\n\n5+ years of process safety experience in chemical or industrial manufacturing.\n\nKnowledge of OSHA PSM and EPA Risk Management Program requirements.\n\nExperience leading PHAs, MOCs, incident investigations, and compliance audits.\n\nAuthorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.\n\nPreferred Requirements\nExperience supporting multiple manufacturing sites.\n\nBackground with flammable solvents or hazardous chemical processes.\n\nExperience developing mechanical integrity programs.\n\nProfessional Engineer (PE), CSP, or related certification.\n\nPay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.\nThe salary for this role is $100,000-$125,000.In addition to your salary, H.B.
