Learn more at www.hbfuller.com.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nLead scale-up of new and existing products and translate formulations into clear manufacturing instructions.\nValidate process parameters, equipment settings, and quality methods.\nInvestigate deviations, perform root-cause analysis, and implement CAPAs.\nProvide technical support to production and participate in MOC activities.\nDrive continuous improvement using statistical and process-control tools.\nManage raw material qualifications, evaluations, and substitutions.\nCollaborate with R&D, Supply Chain, Product Management, and Technical Service.\nAbility to travel up to 10%.\nMinimum Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or Polymer Science with 6 years of experience; or Master’s degree with 4 years of experience; or PhD with 2 years of experience.\nExperience in chemical manufacturing and product scale-up.\nBackground in adhesives, polymers, coatings, or chemical processes.\nPreferred Requirements\nExperience with SAP or similar ERP systems.\nKnowledge of Lean/Six Sigma (DMAIC, 8D, FMEA, 5S).\nExperience with 1K/2K polyurethane technologies (solvent-based and solvent-free).\nFamiliarity with analytical techniques (FTIR, DSC, viscosity, solids, etc.).\nBilingual: English and Spanish.\nWork Environment\nWork performed in both plant and office settings.\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs for sample handling.\nMust follow all plant safety protocols and PPE requirements.\nH.B.
