Learn more at www.hbfuller.com.\nWarehouse Worker\nLocation: Bellevue, OH / On-Site\nShift: 12-Hr Days - (2-2-3 Schedule; every other Saturday, Sunday, Monday required)\nPay: $20.00 per hour\nPRIMARY DUTIES\nThe Warehouse Operator is responsible for safely receiving, storing, handling, and shipping raw materials and finished goods while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting efficient warehouse operations. This position ensures compliance with H.B. Fuller Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), Quality, and operational standards.\nResponsibilities include:\nFollow all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) policies, procedures, work instructions, and safety rules without exception.\nPerform internal material transfers while adhering to FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory management practices.\nReceive, inspect, and store raw materials and finished goods in accordance with established warehouse procedures and company standards.\nCollect raw material samples for Quality Control Laboratory analysis when required.\nVerify incoming materials and promptly notify the Warehouse Supervisor of any damaged or non-conforming products.\nLoad and unload trucks, containers, and bulk or packaged road tankers safely and efficiently.\nInspect trucks, containers, and road tankers prior to loading or unloading to ensure they are in suitable condition to prevent product damage.\nAccurately pick, prepare, package, and stage customer orders for shipment while meeting quality and delivery requirements.\nComplete all warehouse documentation accurately and on time, ensuring all required documents are properly signed, dated, and maintained.\nMaintain accurate inventory records and support inventory control activities.\nPerform daily forklift inspections and report any equipment defects or maintenance concerns to the Warehouse Supervisor.\nMaintain warehouse equipment in a clean, safe, and operational condition.\nMaintain a clean, organized work environment by following housekeeping standards and properly disposing of waste materials and used containers.\nCommunicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and cross-functional departments to support daily warehouse operations.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives and comply with all Quality and operating procedures.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nNo prior warehouse experience required; related experience is a plus.\nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to work independently with limited supervision while maintaining attention to detail.\nBasic computer skills with the ability to learn Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and ERP systems such as PRISM or SAP.\nAbility to accurately complete warehouse documentation and maintain inventory records.\nStrong organizational and time management skills.\nAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nOne (1) year of warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience.\nForklift operating experience and/or forklift certification.\nKnowledge of inventory control processes and warehouse best practices.\nExperience working with ERP or warehouse management systems.\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\nAbility to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.\nAbility to climb stairs and safely navigate a manufacturing and warehouse environment.\nAbility to frequently bend, reach, stoop, and lift materials.\nAbility to lift and move up to 25 kg (55 lbs.) with or without reasonable accommodation.\nAbility to safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, where authorized.\nWORK ENVIRONMENT\nManufacturing and warehouse environment with regular exposure to moving equipment, forklift traffic, and varying temperatures.\nRequired to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and comply with all H.B. Fuller Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) policies and procedures.\nThis position may be suitable for entry-level or early-career employees where permitted by local labor regulations.\nPay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.\nThe salary for this role is $20.00 per hour + $1.00 Shift Differential.In addition to your salary, H.B.
