Candidates with AI/ML experience will have opportunities to contribute to our data-driven and intelligent platform initiatives.\nThe core responsibilities for the job include the following:\nDesign and Development:\nEnterprise Applications: Design and build scalable, high-performance enterprise applications that meet HBK's standards for quality and performance.\nInternal Developer Platforms: Ideate, build, and operate modern Internal Developer Platforms to accelerate the development of HBK software products.\nCoding Standards: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices and coding standards.\nCode Reviews: Participate in and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge among the team.\nFeature Implementation: Implement new features and enhancements based on the requirements and feedback from stakeholders.\nEnsure the consistent application of the HBK Design Systems to enhance UX/UI standards across all products.\nTesting: Ensure built-in quality across software products by conducting unit, component, functional, and non-functional testing, in harmony with DevOps practices and adhering to Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles.\nAgile Collaboration:\nTeam Engagement: Actively participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.\nSAFe Practices: Participate in Program Increment (PI) Planning, System Demos, Inspect and Adapt (I& A), and other SAFe ceremonies.\nPair Programming: Engage in pair programming to enhance code quality, share knowledge, and improve team collaboration.\nSprint Goals: Collaborate with team members to achieve sprint goals and deliverables.\nBacklog Refinement: Participate in backlog refinement sessions to clarify requirements and plan future work.\nContinuous Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.\nTech Stack and Innovation:\nTechnology Exploration: Continuously explore and evaluate new technologies, tools, and frameworks that can improve the development process or product quality.\nCross-Stack Development: Work across different layers of the technology stack, from front-end to back-end, as needed.\nPrototyping: Create prototypes to explore new ideas and validate potential solutions.\nTech Debt Management: Identify and address technical debt to maintain codebase health and performance.\nDevOps Culture:\nUtilize and maintain existing CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and efficient deployment processes.\nInfrastructure Management: Work with infrastructure tools and services to manage deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of applications.\nIncident Response: Participate in incident response and troubleshooting to ensure high availability and reliability of production systems as required.\nPerformance Monitoring: Monitor application performance and optimize code and infrastructure to meet performance requirements.\nContinuous Learning:\nProfessional Development: Engage in continuous personal and professional growth through training, certifications, and attending conferences.\nKnowledge Sharing: Share knowledge with team members through presentations, workshops, and documentation.\nFeedback Integration: Actively seek and integrate feedback to improve skills and deliver high-quality work.\nRequirements:\nUndergraduate degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n3 plus years of experience developing scalable and resilient distributed systems using enterprise-grade technologies such as Python, Java, .
