From filming interviews and behind-the-scenes content to editing polished corporate films and social media pieces, you’ll be trusted to take ideas from concept through to final delivery.\n Based in Paris, France - hybrid working with 3 days in the office/2 days wfh\n Contract type: Fixed term/CDD contract to December 2026\n Languages: Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)\nKey responsibilities include:\nShooting and editing video content for HBS’ internal and external communication channels\nCapturing interviews and behind-the-scenes content with HBS staff\nEditing third-party event footage, corporate-style films, and selected social-first content\nCreating basic motion graphic title sequences and integrating them into edits\nMaintaining and organising content within HBS’ Media Asset Management (MAM) system\nPhotographing new staff for corporate profile images and maintaining the photo archive\nWhat we're looking for:\n 3+ years’ experience in an edit-focused role\nStrong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects\nMotion graphics skills and an understanding of visual branding\nKnowledge of colour grading and basic sound design or audio mixing\nExperience operating a two-camera interview setup (Sony A7III), including audio and three-point lighting\nCreative flair with strong storytelling instincts\nExcellent attention to detail and an organised approach to file and data management\nClear, confident communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a small team\nBasic photography and photo editing skills\nHBS is committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace.
