We provide world-class broadcast solutions for some of the world’s biggest sporting events, including the prestigious FIFA World Cup™, ensuring broadcasters worldwide can offer fans a unique and engaging viewing experience.\nHeadquartered in Zug, Switzerland, and as part of the Infront Sports & Media group, HBS offers the full spectrum of host broadcast operations and services - combining technological innovation with deep industry expertise to set the benchmark in live sports broadcasting.\n We're Hiring: HR Development Assistant (Alternance)\nParis, France | September 2026 - August 2027\nApprenticeship / Alternance Contract\nFlexible alternance structure depending on your school programme (e.g. 1 day at school / 4 days in the company, or 1 week at school / 2 weeks in the company)\nCompensation in line with French legal apprenticeship requirements (depending on age and level of studies)\nMain Responsibilities\nSupport the coordination and administration of Learning & Development activities, including training plans, registrations and reporting.\nAssist with the recruitment and onboarding of interns and apprentices, including interview coordination and university partnerships.\nContribute to performance review and talent management processes by preparing documentation, analysing data and supporting Talent Review activities.\nSupport the administration of the Graduate Programme, including participant tracking, event coordination and liaison with partner universities.\nAssist with HR development projects, including workforce planning, career development, competency frameworks and job architecture initiatives.\nPrepare HR reports, presentations and analyses while providing administrative support across a range of HR development activities.\nRequirements\nCurrently studying towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management or a related field.\nStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.\nConfident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.\nAnalytical, proactive and eager to learn.\nFluent in French and English (written and spoken).\nPrevious HR or administrative internship experience is an advantage.\nHBS is committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace.
