This position is a supporting role in our editorial team, it requires a high level of attention and autonomy, contributing to the operation of our creative team. In this role, you will work closely with Senior & Junior Producer, Editors and Media Managers, to deliver high-impact content across multiple formats - from promos to short-form features and highlight clips - aligned with HBS's production standards. \nPlease note, this role requires a minimum of 3 days a week in the office in Central London and international travel (including long-term trips). \nWhat You'll Do: \nPrep a wide range of content including promos, features, highlights & short-form social clips. \nSupport on the delivery of creatively engaging edits, designs and templates using Adobe Creative Cloud, including After Effects for motion design and visual treatments. \nCollaborate with producers, editors and designers to ensure top-tier storytelling across platforms \n What makes a successful candidate: \n1+ years’ experience in creative editing (sports or documentary preferred) \nHighly organised and ability to operate within a team. \nHigh understanding of basketball as a sport and its culture. \nAdvanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills, especially Premiere Pro & After Effects \nExperience working on international sports events or in multi-camera broadcast environments is a strong advantage. \nUnderstanding of file-based workflows and remote collaboration tools is beneficial. \nMotivated, committed, and highly reliable under tight deadline \nAbility to work independently under tight deadlines \nEnglish fluency \nAvailable for international travel \nHBS is committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace.
