Build a customer-focused relationship with client to identify business challenges and develop specifications and requirements to arrive at the best solution.\nRoles and Responsibilities/ Essential Functions:\nWork as a member of the HBS collaboration team as a leader and contributor that provides consultative and proactive project support to HBS’s account base.\nCollaborate and be a Leader across multiple internal teams to ensure successful delivery and timely of the scope of work\nResearch new products for selection, enhance configuration standards and best practices and educate team members on these products and services to enhance the sales process.\nProvide senior level support, maintenance, and administration for customer networks and review for other potential concerns or enhancement opportunities.\nWork in and always model a positive team atmosphere between regional and virtual practices while maintaining a professional and respectful demeanor. \nCreate and maintain detailed documentation of past projects to potentially provide time estimates and project scopes for new related projects.\nCreate and maintain current vendor/industry specific certifications and stay current on new products and solutions by utilizing networks of resources. \nMeet annual billable hour goal, as defined by HBS. This number may change over time as the business evolves. \nRequirements\nHow to qualify:\n3+ years in a technical related field \nBachelor’s Degree or equivalent certifications \nCCNP or equivalent level certifications \nExperience designing and architecting Collaboration based solutions \nInstalling and supporting Collaboration solutions \nStrong VoIP troubleshooting skills \nExperience deploying VoIP Protocols - SIP, H323, MGCP, QoS, G711/G729 \nMaintain an outcome focused mindset \nHave strong prioritization skills \nAlways be a team player \nCarry a professional attitude and respectful demeanor \nWhy HBS?\nHeartland Business Systems is one of THE LARGEST technology VARs or Value-Added Resellers in the Midwest.
