Hỗ trợ triển khai & vận hành hệ thống\n• Tham gia hỗ trợ triển khai các phần mềm nội bộ tại bệnh viện/phòng khám.\n• Theo dõi tình trạng vận hành hệ thống, hỗ trợ xử lý các sự cố phát sinh trong quá trình sử\ndụng.\n• Phối hợp với đội kỹ thuật/đối tác phần mềm để xử lý lỗi, đảm bảo hệ thống hoạt động ổn định.\n3. Hỗ trợ hạ tầng & thiết bị CNTT\n• Bảo dưỡng, sửa chữa và khắc phục sự cố các thiết bị văn phòng: Laptop, Desktop, máy in,\nscan, photo.\n• Hỗ trợ các vấn đề cơ bản liên quan đến:\n◦ Hệ thống mạng nội bộ\n◦ Server, camera giám sát, tổng đài nội bộ\n• Phối hợp với IT Infra hoặc nhà cung cấp khi có sự cố phức tạp.\n\n Thu nhập từ 13 - 15 triệu theo năng lực.\n- Phụ cấp cơm trưa 40k/ngày làm việc + Phụ cấp trang thiết bị phương tiện làm việc.\n- Được tham gia BHXH, BHYT, BHTN theo quy định.\n- Chế độ du lịch, nghỉ mát hàng năm.\n- Chế độ 12 ngày phép, khám sức khỏe theo định kỳ\n- Thưởng các ngày lễ tết theo quy định: lương tháng 13, thưởng thâm niên, sáng kiến, nhân viên xuất sắc....\n- Môi trường làm việc năng động, thân thiện, chuyên nghiệp\n- Được ưu đãi sử dụng các dịch vụ thẩm mỹ, y tế chuyên khoa của Tập đoàn.\n* Làm việc tại Tầng 9 188 Trường Chinh, Kim Liên, TP HN\nYêu cầu công việc\n- Ứng viên tốt nghiệp Đại học, Cao đẳng trở lên chuyên ngành Công nghệ thông tin.\n- Ứng viên có tối thiểu 01 năm kinh nghiệm tại vị trí IT support.
