Prospective clients include general contractors, electricians, end users and consultants\nDevelop relationships with facility managers, property managers, contractors, and business owners\nIdentify customer needs and recommend appropriate fire/life safety and low voltage system solutions\nPrepare pricing proposals including construction estimates with support from senior team members inclusive of reviewing construction documents and specifications.\nSupport business development and client retention efforts\nMaintain accurate activity and opportunities in the CRM\nCollaborate closely with the construction team to support customer satisfaction and onboarding\nRepresent HCI professionally in the field, helping drive visibility and brand awareness\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\nSelf-motivated with a desire to learn and grow\nComfortable speaking with customers in person, over the phone, and via email\nBasic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Bluebeam & Excel)\nReliable transportation and valid driver’s license\nConstruction, electrical, or technical background is a plus-but not required\nQualifications\n0-2 years of experience in B2B sales, customer service, or a customer-facing role, or a strong interest in launching a career in construction sales • Comfortable talking to people and initiating conversations • Strong work ethic and willingness to spend time in the field • Positive, coachable, and motivated to grow in a sales career\nInterest in fire/life safety, low voltage systems, or commercial building services\nValid driver’s license and reliable transportation\nHCI Systems Inc. is a licensed C-7, C-10 and C-16 low voltage systems integration contractor offering a full spectrum of services including sales, engineering, installation, service, and maintenance with over 900 employees in our seven branches.
