items.\nManage participant nominations, registrations, attendance, assessments, and completion records.\nPrepare regular program status reports, dashboards, and MIS reports.\nTrack training effectiveness, learner feedback, completion rates, and other program KPIs.\nSupport stakeholder meetings, reviews, and follow-up actions.\nEnsure training materials and environments are available before scheduled sessions.\nGenAI Training & Facilitation\nDeliver foundation and beginner-level Generative AI trainingthrough classroom and virtual sessions.\nExplain GenAI and LLM concepts in simple, business-friendly language.\nConduct demonstrations using tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or similar GenAI platforms.\nTrain learners on effective prompt engineering techniques and best practices.\nFacilitate hands-on exercises, workshops, demonstrations, and learner activities.\nExplain GenAI capabilities, limitations, hallucinations, responsible usage, privacy, and security considerations.\nHandle participant questions and provide guidance during hands-on activities.\nAssist senior trainers and SMEs in delivering advanced GenAI programs.\nContent & Learning Support\nSupport the creation and maintenance of training presentations, exercises, quizzes, labs, and reference materials.\nUpdate learning content based on developments in GenAI technologies and tools.\nDevelop simple GenAI use cases relevant to enterprise and productivity scenarios.\nCollect learner feedback and identify opportunities to improve training content and delivery.\nSkill Requirements\nRequired Skills\nGood understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Model fundamentals.\nHands-on knowledge of prompt engineeringand GenAI tools.\nAbility to demonstrate practical GenAI use cases.\nStrong presentation and facilitation skills.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nGood program coordination and stakeholder management capabilities.\nAbility to manage multiple training batches, schedules, and deliverables.\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.\nExperience with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or similar virtual training platforms.\nStrong organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills.\nOther Requirements\nGood to Have\nBasic understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, AI agents, and Agentic AI.\nBasic Python or API knowledge.\nExposure to Microsoft Copilot or enterprise GenAI solutions.\nExperience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).\nExperience creating dashboards or training MIS reports.\nUnderstanding of Responsible AI, data privacy, and AI governance.\nPrevious exposure to corporate training, learning & development, or technology enablement
