The role will work closely with senior consultants and client stakeholders to translate governance requirements into practical and implementable solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the development and implementation of Responsible AI and AI Governance frameworks, processes, and roadmaps.\nSupport clients in assessing AI governance, risk, compliance, and responsible AI requirements.\nApply relevant AI governance standards and regulations, including NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001, OECD AI Principles, OWASP, FINOS, and other applicable requirements.\nSupport the design and implementation of AI governance policies, controls, guardrails, standards, and playbooks.\nHelp map governance requirements and controls across the AI lifecycle.\nSupport AI risk assessments covering areas such as fairness, transparency, explainability, privacy, security, and model risk.\nParticipate in AI Red Teaming and AI risk testing activities across AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI systems.\nPrepare governance assessments, documentation, reports, and client deliverables.\nParticipate in client workshops and stakeholder discussions to understand requirements and support solution development.\nSupport business development activities including proposals, presentations, and solution demonstrations.\nKeep up to date with relevant AI regulations, technologies, governance practices, and industry developments.\nSkill Requirements\nExperience in Responsible AI, AI Governance, AI Risk Management, Model Governance, or related areas.\nGood understanding of AI governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and governance controls.\nWorking knowledge of areas such as AI security, privacy, fairness, explainability, and model risk.\nFamiliarity with AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI concepts.\nAbility to document and implement governance requirements in a structured manner.\nExperience supporting AI governance or Responsible AI projects.\nGood client-facing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.\nAbility to understand business and technical requirements and translate them into practical governance recommendations.\nStrong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work collaboratively with senior consultants, technical teams, and client stakeholders.\nOther
