The role will partner with NVIDIA, sales, delivery, and customer stakeholders to design enterprise AI solutions leveraging AI Factory, accelerated computing, enterprise GenAI, and NVIDIA technologies. In addition to solution architecture, the role will lead pre-sales support, proposal and collateral development, Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives, and NVIDIA alliance ecosystem engagement to accelerate customer adoption and business growth.\nKey Responsibilities\nAI Solution Architecture: Design end-to-end AI solutions leveraging NVIDIA technologies including AI Factory, DGX, HGX, NVIDIA AI Enterprise, NIM, NeMo, Omniverse, CUDA, accelerated computing, and enterprise GenAI platforms.\nTechnical Pre-sales & Sales Pursuit Support: Partner with sales and business development teams to lead customer discovery workshops, solution architecture discussions, technical presentations, demonstrations, and strategic AI pursuits.\nProposal & Solution Collateral Development: Create high-quality technical proposals, reference architectures, solution blueprints, whitepapers, reusable collateral, and customer-facing assets aligned with NVIDIA AI solutions and HCLTech offerings.\n Go-to-Market (GTM) Development: Develop industry-specific AI offerings, use cases, value propositions, ROI frameworks, and GTM assets to accelerate customer adoption and drive business growth.\nNVIDIA Alliance Ecosystem Support: Collaborate with NVIDIA, alliance managers, practice teams, and delivery organizations to develop joint solutions, support partner initiatives, drive co-sell opportunities, and strengthen the NVIDIA ecosystem.\nIndustry Solution Development: Build scalable AI solutions and reference architectures across Manufacturing, BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Telecom, Public Sector, and other industry verticals.\nKnowledge Management & Reusable Assets: Establish and maintain a centralized repository of solution assets, customer success stories, competitive intelligence, best practices, and reusable technical content.\nTraining & Capability Building: Conduct technical enablement sessions, workshops, certification programs, and mentoring to strengthen NVIDIA AI capabilities across sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams.\n Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with global sales, delivery, AI Labs, alliance teams, engineering, and product teams to ensure successful solution development and customer outcomes.\nSkill Requirements\n8-12 years of experience in Solution Architecture, AI/Cloud Consulting, Technical Pre-sales, or Enterprise Solutioning.\nExperience supporting large enterprise pursuits, RFPs/RFIs, solution proposals, and customer workshops.\nExperience working with global customers, alliance partners, and cross-functional teams.\nTechnical Skills\nStrong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, AI platforms, machine learning, and enterprise AI architectures.\nKnowledge of NVIDIA technologies such as AI Enterprise, DGX/HGX, CUDA, NIM, NeMo, Omniverse, AI Factory, GPU infrastructure, or accelerated computing.\nExperience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud AI services and enterprise AI deployment architectures.\nFamiliarity with Kubernetes, containers, APIs, MLOps, and AI infrastructure is desirable.\nStrong presentation, proposal writing, and architecture documentation skills.\n\nOther Requirements\ntrong customer consulting, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple strategic pursuits and priorities simultaneously.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.\nSelf-driven with the ability to work effectively across global teams.\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.\nMaster's degree or MBA is an added advantage.\nNVIDIA AI, Cloud, or AI/ML certifications are preferred.","description_format":"text","description_chars":4016,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":8,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":{"level":"bachelor","optional":true},"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["IT Consulting & Digital Transformation","IT Outsourcing & Dedicated Teams","Systems Integrators"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-30T09:21:50Z"}],"liveness":{"score":90,"band":"hot","label":"Hiring now","p_open":1,"p_active":0.903,"p_room":1,"age_days":0,"expected_fill_days":27,"reasons":["conf:10","velocity","win:early","comp:brand"],"computed_at":"2026-10-01T05:45:00Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/hcltech-ai-solution-architect-i","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/hcltech-ai-solution-architect-i.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-01T21:21:02Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","usage":{"tier":"crawler","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":4018,"day_limit":5000,"remaining_today":982,"minute_limit":60,"resets_at":"2026-10-02T00:00:00Z"}}}
