and support daily operational reporting.\nAssist in identifying and resolving operational issues and process bottlenecks.\nSupport business continuity and risk management activities.\nEnsure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks and deliverables.\nReporting & Analysis\nPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly process reports and dashboards.\nAnalyze operational metrics and provide insights to support decision-making.\nMaintain data accuracy and support management reporting requirements.\nMonitor key process indicators and highlight potential risks or concerns.\nQuality & Compliance\nEnsure adherence to banking regulations, internal policies, and client requirements.\nParticipate in quality reviews and process audits.\nSupport corrective and preventive action initiatives.\nMaintain process documentation and compliance records.\nProcess Improvement & Automation\nIdentify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and automation.\nAssist in documenting SOPs, process flows, and best practices.\nParticipate in automation projects using Power Platform and other digital tools.\nStakeholder Support\nCoordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to address operational requirements.\nProvide status updates and support project-related activities.\nAssist in process transitions, migrations, and change initiatives\nSkill Requirements\nFunctional Skills\nGood understanding of Banking Operations and BFSI processes.\nKnowledge of SLA, KPI, quality, and compliance requirements.\nExperience in reporting, data analysis, and process documentation.\nAbility to identify operational risks and improvement opportunities.\nTechnical Skills\nStrong knowledge of MS Excel and Access Database.\nExposure to reporting and dashboarding tools.\nBasic to intermediate knowledge of Power BI.\nExposure to Power Automate and Power Apps.\nAwareness of AI and automation tools such as Copilot Studio is an addedadvantage.\nBehavioral Skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nGood communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively within teams.\nAttention to detail and commitment to quality.\nEagerness to learn new technologies and banking processes.\nOther Requirements\n3-5 years of experience in Banking / BFSI Operations.\nExperience in reporting, process improvement, operational support, or transformation initiatives preferred.\nExposure to automation, analytics, or digital transformation projects will be an added
