This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to understand\nreporting needs and deliver scalable analytical solutions.\nScope of the Work\nWork closely with business and client stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and opportunities.\nGather, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to support decision-making.\nDesign, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor business performance and operational KPIs.\nClean, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources using Power Query and SQL.\nAnalyze productivity, quality, customer satisfaction (CSAT), SLA compliance, and workforce performance metrics\nto identify trends and improvement opportunities.\nBuild scorecards, ranking models, eligibility calculations, and executive-level reports to support business decisions.\nDevelop and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate workflows to streamline operational processes and reduce manual\neffort.\nEnsure data accuracy through validation, troubleshooting, and continuous monitoring of reporting processes.\nPrepare presentations and reports for leadership, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.\nSkill Requirements\n2-3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a similar role.\nStrong presentation and data storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate insights effectively to business and executive\nstakeholders.\nStrong SQL skills with experience working on large and complex datasets.\nHands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard development and data modelling.\nAdvanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, lookups, and data analysis functions.\nProficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote)\nHigh attention to detail ensuring accuracy and quality of deliverables.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nOther Requirements\nGood to have:\nMicrosoft Power BI Certification (PL-300) or equivalent Business Intelligence certification.\nGoogle Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, or Azure cloud certification or Experience working with cloud-based data platforms, data\nwarehouses, and modern analytics ecosystems.\nDemonstrated ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and drive data-led innovation initiatives.\nExperience working in a client-facing, consulting, or stakeholder-intensive environment.\nWhat this role is NOT:\nA dashboard maintenance role or solely data extraction and reporting role.\nA purely technical role with limited business or stakeholder
