technical decision-making\nSkill Requirements\nMandatory Skills\nStrong expertise in Azure Data Engineering ecosystem:Azure Databricks (advanced implementation & optimization)\nAzure Data Factory (complex pipeline orchestration)\nAzure Synapse Analytics\nAzure Storage / Data Lake (ADLS Gen2)\nAzure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines)\n\nDeep understanding of ETL/ELT frameworks and data modeling concepts\nAdvanced proficiency in SQL and relational databases\nStrong experience in performance tuning and large-scale data processing\nHands-on experience with Python and Spark (PySpark preferred)\nExperience in solution design and architecture discussions\nPreferred Skills\nExperience working in client-facing or consulting roles\nExposure to data governance, security, and compliance
