Strong experience with data mapping, source-to-target mapping, data analysis, and data validation. Experience working with legacy systems and migrating data to newer platforms. Ability to understand data models, field definitions, business rules, and data transformation requirements. Strong SQL/data-query skills for data analysis and validation. Experience creating BRDs, mapping documents, requirements, process flows, and data dictionaries. Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments. Nice to Have Previous experience with Content Manager or similar enterprise content/document-management platforms.
