It is a good opportunity for someone who wants to grow their SAP knowledge and gain experience in insurance and financial services.\n\nROLE RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nProvide first-level support for SAP FSCD-related issues raised by end-users.\nTroubleshoot and resolve system errors, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.\nAnalyze and resolve incidents related to FSCD processes, such as payment processing, invoicing, and collections.\nDocument and track issues using ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution.\nWork as part of dynamic SAP Configuration and Production Support team which includes 15 members, working onsite & offshore.\nAssist in maintaining and updating SAP FSCD configurations based on business requirements.\nSupport minor enhancements and changes to FSCD functionalities under the guidance of senior consultants.\n\nTECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS\n\n1-3 years of IT experience preferably in SAP Insurance/Reinsurance or Finance modules.\nFamiliarity with SAP system architecture and integration concepts.\nBasic understanding of SAP FSCD modules and functionalities.\nBasic knowledge of financial processes, including collections, disbursements, and invoicing. \nProficient in using standard desktop applications such as MS Office applications with a strong emphasis on MS Excel.\nExposure to SAP implementation or support projects is a plus.\n\nGENERAL QUALIFICATIONS\n\nTeam player who works well with technical and business resources.\nAble to work in onsite - offshore model.\nStrong initiative, able to self-manage. \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
