The role will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, delivery teams, technology teams, and end users to ensure new capabilities are embraced, understood, and effectively utilized.\nKey Responsibilities\nKey Responsibilities\nChange Strategy & Planning\nDefine and maintain the Reckitt Organizational Change Management strategy.\nDevelop comprehensive change management plans aligned to transformation objectives.\nEstablish change governance frameworks, success measures, and adoption KPIs.\nConduct organizational impact assessments for transformation initiatives.\nIdentify adoption risks and implement mitigation plans.\nStakeholder Management\nDevelop stakeholder engagement strategies across Business, IT, and Leadership functions.\nCreate stakeholder maps, influence networks, and engagement plans.\nManage executive sponsorship and leadership alignment activities.\nFacilitate workshops, focus groups, and leadership sessions.\nBuild strong relationships with key Reckitt business stakeholders.\nCommunications & Engagement\nDevelop and execute multi-channel communication plans.\nEstablish recurring transformation communications and leadership updates.\nCreate awareness campaigns for new tools, platforms, services, and processes.\nDesign targeted messaging for different stakeholder groups.\nDrive employee engagement initiatives supporting transformation adoption.\nAdoption & User Enablement\nMeasure organizational readiness for change.\nDrive business adoption activities throughout the transformation lifecycle.\nMonitor user behavior and adoption trends.\nConduct post-deployment adoption reviews.\nDevelop adoption improvement plans where required.\nTraining & Learning Coordination\nPartner with the Training & Development Lead and Reckitt Academy teams.\nIdentify learning requirements resulting from process and technology changes.\nCoordinate training schedules, content development, and awareness initiatives.\nSupport role-based learning journeys.\nEnsure training effectiveness and knowledge retention are measured. transformation initiatives.\nExperience working with geographically distributed global organizations.\nFMCG, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, or Retail sector experience
