Responsibilities\nKey Responsibilities\nStrategic Procurement & Sourcing\nManage procurement activities for global strategic accounts across IT services categories.\nConduct sourcing exercises including RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, and supplier evaluations.\nIdentify, qualify, and onboard suppliers to support global delivery requirements.\nDevelop sourcing strategies to ensure competitive pricing, quality, service, and risk mitigation.\nExecute spend analysis and identify cost optimization opportunities.\nVendor Management\nManage relationships with global and regional service providers.\nMonitor supplier performance against agreed SLAs, KPIs, quality standards, and contractual commitments.\nConduct periodic supplier reviews and business performance assessments.\nDrive supplier development initiatives and continuous improvement programs.\nResolve operational escalations related to supplier performance and service delivery.\nCommercial Negotiation & Contract Management\nLead pricing negotiations and commercial discussions with suppliers.\nSupport drafting, review, and execution of Master Service Agreements (MSA), Statements of Work (SOW), and Purchase Orders.\nEnsure compliance with contractual obligations, commercial terms, and procurement policies.\nCollaborate with legal and compliance teams for contract governance activities.\nAccounts & Stakeholder Management\nPartner with delivery teams, solution architects, account managers, and global procurement teams to support customer requirements.\nAct as a procurement focal point for assigned strategic customer accounts.\nManage stakeholder expectations and provide timely updates on sourcing and supplier engagement activities.\nSupport bid management teams during customer pursuits and renewal opportunities.\nSupply Chain & Operations Management\nEnsure availability of suppliers and resources to support project requirements globally.\nCoordinate procurement planning and demand forecasting activities.\nMonitor procurement cycle times and improve operational efficiency.\nDrive adherence to procurement governance frameworks and approval processes.\nFinancial & Reporting Responsibilities\nTrack procurement savings, cost avoidance, and value realization initiatives.\nReview supplier quotations and validate commercial competitiveness.\nSupport budgeting, forecasting, and spend management activities.\nPrepare procurement dashboards, supplier performance reports, and management reviews.\nCompliance & Risk Management\nEnsure supplier compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and local labor laws.\nSupport supplier risk assessments and business continuity planning.\nMaintain procurement documentation and audit readiness.\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation\nBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Commerce, or related field.\nMBA / PGDM in Supply Chain,
