The consultant will be responsible for incident resolution, service requests, defect analysis, testing support, documentation, and continuous service improvement activities within the AMS delivery model.\nThe role requires strong expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Logistics Execution (LE), including sales order processing, pricing, delivery management, shipment processing, billing, returns, and integration with finance, warehouse, and transportation systems.\nKey Responsibilities\nApplication Support\nProvide L2 support for SAP SD and LE processes across global Reckitt operations.\nInvestigate and resolve incidents, service requests, and application defects within agreed SLAs.\nSupport end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes including:Inquiry and quotation processing\nSales order management\nPricing and condition techniques\nDelivery processing\nShipment execution\nBilling and invoicing\nReturns and credit management\n\nSupport output determination, EDI transactions, interfaces, batch jobs, and workflow-related issues.\nAnalyze transaction failures and coordinate resolution with technical teams.\nBusiness Process Support\nWork closely with business users to understand issues and prevent recurring incidents.\nConduct impact analysis for changes and enhancements.\nSupport master data validation for customers, materials, pricing, shipping points, and routes.\nAssist with business testing and validation activities.\nIncident & Problem Management\nPerform root cause analysis for recurring issues.\nCreate known-error records and recommended fixes.\nParticipate in problem management reviews and service improvement initiatives.\nEscalate complex configuration issues to L3 consultants while maintaining ownership of resolution.\nChange & Release Support\nSupport minor enhancements and standard configuration changes.\nAssist in testing during release cycles and deployment activities.\nValidate transport movements and production readiness.\nPrepare test evidence and supporting documentation.\nStakeholder Engagement\nCollaborate with:Supply Chain teams\nCustomer Service teams\nFinance teams\nWarehouse Operations\nIntegration and Middleware teams\n\nProvide regular status updates on critical production issues.\nParticipate in governance, service review, and operational meetings.\nSkill Requirements\nSAP Functional Skills\nStrong hands-on experience in SAP SD and Logistics Execution.\nExpertise in:Sales Orders\nPricing\nDeliveries\nBilling\nReturns Processing\nOutput Determination\nCredit Management\nShipping & Transportation\nForeign Trade basics\n\nUnderstanding of OTC business processes.\nIntegration Knowledge\nExperience working with integrated SAP modules:\nSAP FI\nSAP MM\nSAP WM / EWM\nSAP PP\nSAP GTS (preferred)\nSAP TM (preferred)\nTechnical Awareness\nIDocs\nEDI interfaces\nBatch jobs\nOutput management\nDebugging support with ABAP teams\nSAP Fiori applications (preferred)\nOther Requirements\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related discipline.\nSAP SD certification required\nAdditional certifications in Logistics, SAP S/4HANA Sales, or Transportation Management are advantageous.Experience\n5 to 8 years of SAP SD/LE experience.\nMinimum 3 years supporting global SAP production environments.\nExperience working in AMS, Application Support, or Managed Services engagements.\nExperience supporting multinational FMCG, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain organizations
