solutions.\nDevelop and maintain design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency across all materials.\nStay updated on design trends and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovation to our projects.\nProvide mentorship and guidance to junior designers when necessary.\nManage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality work.\nMaintain brand consistency throughout all marketing projects\nOversee all creative projects, from conception to delivery\nReview junior creative employees work to ensure high quality, refine creatives wherever needed and apply new design techniques\n\nRequirements:\nBachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.\nMinimum of 6 years of professional design experience.\nExpert in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and MS PowerPoint\nProficient with Figma and other similar design tools.\nExceptional creativity and a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and ability to tackle complex design challenges.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and work directly with stakeholders\nSelf-motivated and able to work independently while meeting project goals and deadlines.\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail\nAbility to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced
