In this engagement, vendor need to provide\nSMT Engineering Service Support for Hardware Test, SW, and Program Management. Home/VPG/Accys NPI testing (Austin position)\nKey Responsibilities\n· Design and integrate hardware test fixtures and test instruments for product validation and manufacturing testing.\n· Implement product testing solutions for new products from prototype stage through mass production.\n· Collaborate with system design and diagnostics teams to understand system architecture and define functional and performance test strategies.\n· Serve as the technical expert for system testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and validation methodologies.\n· Present and communicate testing approaches, results, and engineering solutions to cross-functional teams.\n· Act as the primary liaison with Contract Manufacturers to ensure test hardware and software are validated and production-ready.\n· Develop, document, and execute product test plans and validation procedures.\n· Specify test stations, diagnostics, and process control requirements for manufacturing environments.\n· Implement parametric data collection and test process control mechanisms.\nSkill Requirements\nB.Sc. in EE with 3+ years of experience or M.Sc. in EE + 1 years of relevant experience\nGood understanding analog, digital, and power electronics hardware architectures and design\nExperience in schematic & PCB layout design using Allegro or a similar CAD tool\nAbility to design and debug complex electrical schematics and PCB layouts and propose clear, relevant experiments\nWorking knowledge of USB 3.2, USB-PD, Display Port, PCIe, I2C, SPI technologies and protocols, and design\nGood oral & written communication skills -
