Coach members of the team, drive solutions forward and be able to take a pragmatic approach to ensure success in challenging environments.\nKey Responsibilities\nLeading and architecting Azure cloud solutions in enterprise environments\nTaking responsibility for the end-to-end technical solution\nTechnical leader and providing guidance to all cloud projects\nAnalyzing divisional business requirements and translating these to the right technical solution\nLeading divisional workshops and working as part of agile teams\nDocumenting technical strategy, solutions and reviewing component designs\nActively sharing knowledge within the team and cloud Community\nContribute to DevOps development activities and complex development tasks\nDefine optimal design patterns and solutions for high availability and disaster recovery for cloud applications\nWork on designing/implementing/automation procedures for deployment, configuration, patching and upgrading of systems and applications\nConduct analysis of production systems and performance testing results to identify areas of improvement within the application or infrastructure\nConduct feasibility studies for existing and emerging cloud technologies\nProvide mentoring and guidance for mid and junior level staff, offering feedback targeted at individual development\nWork closely with vendors, internal groups, and outside agencies to provide technical leadership and solutions\nIndependently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end.\nRefine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes\nPerform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities after hours.\nShare domain and technical expertise, providing technical mentorship and cross-training to other peers and team members.\nSkill Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, systems analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience\n8+ years of experience spanning at least two IT disciplines, including technical cloud architecture, network management, application development, middleware, database management or operations\nExperience with Azure Shell scripting/PowerShell scripting\nExposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments\nKnowledge of all components of technical architecture\nKnowledge of business process re-engineering principles and processes\nStrong understanding of network architecture and application development methodologies\nStrong understanding of SOA, object-oriented analysis and design, and/or client/server\nStrong client-facing consultative skills, able to act as a customer advocate;\nUnderstanding of Windows Server architecture -Windows 2016, Windows 2019 and IIS;\nUnderstanding of Linux Server architecture - RHEL, Oracle Linux, Amazon Linux, etc.\nExperience with containers (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) technologies;\nFamiliar with one or more server-side scripting languages (e.g. PowerShell, Python, Bash)\nFamiliarity with server hardware selection, design and troubleshooting;\nUnderstanding of High Availability and Networked Storage solutions including Clustering, Failover and Disaster Recovery products and concepts such as MS Clustering Services, Load Balancing, Routers, LUNS, SAN and NAS;\nUnderstanding of application layer protocols, such as HTTP/S, TCP/IP, UDP and Web sockets;\nDemonstrated abilities with SSO-related software such as AADConnect, ADFS, Ping Identity, OpenSSO, oAuth, Okta or other SAML & OpenID Connect providers;\nUnderstanding of Web application security and concepts, such as Ticketing, header injection, XSS, SSL, HTTPS, Kerberos, certificates, Active Directory, LDAP, reverse proxies and firewalls;\nHands on experience designing and deploying complex solutions in Azure, AWS, Google Cloud or other cloud providers;\nExcellent presentation and communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences.\nHands-on Cloud Architect with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure\nExtensive experience in both Azure PaaS and Azure IaaS services.\nCandidate should be capable of designing, architecting, and deploying solution.\nStrong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for all deployments.\nGood understanding of Terraform, DevOps practices.\nExperience with Azure App Services for hosting and managing web applications.\nHands-on experience with Azure Container Apps (ACI/Container-based deployments).\nExperience with Azure App Services for hosting and managing web applications.\nHands-on experience with Azure Container Apps (ACI/Container-based deployments).\nExpertise in Azure Databricks and related cloud data platform services.\nStrong Infrastructure background, Including:\nSQL Server deployments on Azure VMs\nApplication servers hosted on Azure VMs\nExperience in DR planning, Implementation and Management.\nStrong understanding of cloud infrastructure operations.\nDevelopment knowledge is required and the role is primarily Infrastructure and Cloud Architecture focused.\nShould have experience leveraging Azure Paas and Iaas services extensively to deliver scalable and resilient solutions.\n\nOther Requirements\nJob Role : Domain Architect -
