Strong expertise in crm / d365 ce outofthebox functionalities, configurations, and customizations.\n2. Proficient in developing custom workflows, plugins, and integrations within the crm system.\n3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize crm performance.\n4. Solid understanding of crm best practices and data management principles.\n5. Ability to communicate effectively with cross functional teams and stakeholders.\n6.
