Tier 3 support for incidents and service requests across multiple data centers and environments.\nConfigure, optimize, and maintain infrastructure components including Windows Servers, Nutanix AHV, and cloud services.\nEnsure compliance with security policies and apply patches using SCCM.\nTroubleshoot OS and hardware issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with stakeholders.\nAutomate routine tasks using scripting tools (e.g., PowerShell).\nManage DNS, DHCP, file services, and permissions on file servers and NAS shares.\nPerform health checks and hardening of Windows environments.\nSupport IIS configurations and log analysis.\nParticipate in 24x7 on-call rotations, including weekends and holidays.\nTechnical Skills\nWindows Server (2012 R2, 2016, 2019, 2022)\nVMware ESX, Nutanix AHV\nDNS, DHCP, SCCM, IIS\nScripting and automation (PowerShell preferred)\nTroubleshooting tools: Wireshark, Procmon\nExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)\nAdditional Expectations\nLead Proof-of-Concept initiatives and prototype new solutions.\nCollaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.\nContinuously improve operational processes and evaluate emerging technologies.\nMentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.\nQualifications\nProven experience in systems administration and
