network availability and performance.\nJob Description : Networking\nTCP/IP, OSI Model\nKey Responsibilities\nJob Responsibilities : Network Monitoring & Operations\nMonitor SD-WAN, WAN, MPLS, Internet, Backbone, and LAN network infrastructure using network monitoring tools.\nIdentify, analyze, and respond to network alarms, alerts, and events.\nPerform proactive monitoring to detect network degradation and potential outages.\nMonitor circuit utilization, packet loss, latency, jitter, and bandwidth consumption.\nEnsure adherence to SLAs and operational procedures.\nIncident Management\nPerform first-level troubleshooting for network incidents.\nCreate, update, and manage incident tickets in ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.).\nClassify incidents based on severity and impact.\nEscalate unresolved or critical issues to L2/L3 support teams and service providers.\nTrack incidents until closure and maintain communication with stakeholders.\nSD-WAN Operations\nMonitor SD-WAN controllers, edge devices, tunnels, and overlay networks.\nVerify SD-WAN site connectivity and application performance.\nIdentify tunnel failures, routing issues, and device health concerns.\nEscalate configuration-related issues to engineering teams.\nWAN & Backbone Monitoring\nMonitor WAN/MPLS circuits and backbone connectivity.\nTroubleshoot link failures, interface errors, routing anomalies, and performance issues.\nCoordinate with telecom carriers and ISPs for circuit-related incidents.\nValidate service restoration after troubleshooting activities.\nReporting & Documentation\nMaintain network operation logs and shift handover reports.\nDocument incidents, troubleshooting actions, and resolutions.\nGenerate daily, weekly, and monthly network health
