Job Summary
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain RPA automation workflows.Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation.Develop reusable and scalable automation components.Configure bots, schedules, queues, credentials, and runtime environments.Troubleshoot bot failures and resolve production issues.Implement exception handling, logging, retry mechanisms, and operational controls.Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT.Monitor bot execution and ensure successful completion of automated processes.Prepare technical documentation, deployment documents, SOPs, and support documentation.Work closely with business analysts, functional teams, infrastructure teams, and application owners.Provide L2/L3 support for production automations.Follow coding standards, development guidelines, and automation best practices
