The position aligns with ClearBank's Salesforce transformation roadmap covering Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Financial Services Cloud evaluation, integrations, AI opportunities, and future-state operating models\nKey Responsibilities\nKey Responsibilities\nSalesforce Architecture & Solution Design\nOwn end-to-end Salesforce technical architecture across multiple workstreams.\nDefine target-state Salesforce architecture, solution blueprints, integration patterns, and non-functional requirements.\nLead architecture decisions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud capabilities.\nCreate High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.\nEstablish Salesforce development standards, governance, and best practices.\nBanking & Customer Journey Transformation\nDesign Salesforce solutions supporting:\nCustomer onboarding, Case management, Customer servicing, Fraud reporting,Issue resolution, Document management, Operational workflow automation\nTranslate banking business requirements into scalable Salesforce capabilities.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to define future-state processes and technical solutions.\nEnterprise Integration Architecture\nDefine API-first architecture using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, and Streaming APIs.\nArchitect integrations with: Core Banking Platforms, Payment Systems,KYC/AML Solutions,Identity Verification Platforms,Data Lakes, Reporting Platforms, Third-party FinTech Services\nWork with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, and similar technologies.\nTechnical Leadership\nProvide leadership to Salesforce developers, technical leads, and integration engineers.
