The successful candidate will act as the technical bridge between customers, internal engineering teams, and technology partners, taking ownership of the service lifecycle from requirements gathering through solution design, implementation, integration, testing, and service acceptance. This role requires strong telecom domain expertise, hands-on experience with service architectures and call flows, and the ability to engage confidently with customers and stakeholders at both business and technical levels. Key Responsibilities\nEngage with telecom operators and customer stakeholders to capture, analyze, and formalize service requirements.\nTranslate business requirements into technical solutions and service architectures.\nLead technical discussions regarding service design, call flows, and integration scenarios.\nAnalyze and define end-to-end service flows involving: o Voice services o Messaging services o Charging and billing platforms o Network and IT service enablers\nCoordinate internal engineering teams and external technology vendors throughout the solution lifecycle.\nOversee architecture, implementation, integration, and validation activities to ensure successful service delivery.\nSupport system integration, end-to-end testing, and customer acceptance activities.\nProduce and maintain functional and technical documentation.\nAct as the primary technical contact for customers throughout project execution.\nEnsure solutions meet customer expectations, quality standards, and project milestones. Required Experience\n5+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry.\nProven experience working in one or more of the following environments: o Telecom operators (mobile or fixed) o Telecom consulting firms o System integrators delivering solutions to telecom operators o Network Equipment Providers (NEPs)\nDemonstrated experience in designing and delivering telecom services and platforms.\nStrong customer-facing experience, including requirements gathering and technical solution discussions.\nExperience managing or coordinating multi-disciplinary technical teams and vendors.\nSolid background in service integration, testing, and deployment activities. Technical Skills\nStrong understanding of telecom service architectures and end-to-end service delivery.\nAbility to analyze, review, and discuss call flows and signaling procedures.\nKnowledge of voice, messaging, and charging ecosystems.\nFamiliarity with telecom protocols and technologies: o SIP o Diameter o SS7 / SIGTRAN o SMPP o HTTP/REST APIs\nUnderstanding of system integration methodologies and testing practices.\nAbility to produce high-quality technical and functional specifications. Preferred Qualifications\nExperience with Value Added Services (VAS), messaging platforms, voice platforms, charging systems, or digital services.\nKnowledge of mobile core network architectures and service exposure frameworks.\nExperience working with multi-vendor telecom environments.\nFamiliarity with cloud-native architectures and microservices.
