Consolidated revenues as of 12 months ending March 2026 totaled $14.7B.\n\nTo learn how we can supercharge progress for you, visit hcltech.com.\n\nDue to our growing business needs we are looking for:\n\nIT Analyst with Hebrew & English (Full Time)\nWorkplace: Kraków O3 Business Park\n\nAs an IT Helpdesk Analyst with HCL Technologies, you will perform a support role for the Hebrew speaking customers on helpdesk queries, equipment configuration, back up maintenance, software installing/de-installing. Your main aim will be to provide answers to the clients by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding client through corrective steps.\n\nDaily Activities:\n• Provide hardware/software/network problem diagnosis/resolution via telephone for customers’ end users\n• Route problems to internal support group\n• Coordinate and manage relationships with vendors and work closely with support staff to obtain technical knowledge\n• Administer and provide User Access in various systems\n• Use the Call Tracking System to document and manage problems, work requests and their respective resolutions and circumventions\n\nSoft Skills:\n• Excellent communication and conversation skills (both verbal and written)\n• Great customer handling skills and resourcefulness, vital for dealing with unforeseen situations\n• Ability to acquire new information quickly and the willingness to do so at all times\n\nTechnical Requirements:\n• Understanding of the IT environment and readiness to learn new processes and technologies\n• Good working knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, Internet browsers, Antivirus and Firewall software, PC hardware\n• ITIL knowledge would be an asset\n\nLanguage Requirements:\n• Hebrew – at least B2\n• English – at least B2\n\nThis is hybrid position from our Krakow office at Opolska 112.\n3 days onsite, 2 days at home\n\nBenefit
