The role will partner with Treasury stakeholders, Technology teams, and vendors to deliver regulatory-compliant, scalable, and auditable solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\n1) Treasury Business Analysis & Solution Definition\nLead end-to-end requirement elicitation (workshops, interviews, process walkthroughs).\nTranslate business needs into BRD/FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.\nDefine target operating model (TOM) impacts and change requirements for Treasury processes.\nOwn functional solution design covering process, data, controls, and reporting.\n2) Treasury Functional Coverage (Core)\nLiquidity & cash management: cash positioning, forecasting, intraday liquidity, LCR/NSFR.\nALM & interest rate risk: IRRBB, EVE/NII sensitivity, gap analysis, behavioral modeling inputs.\nFunding & capital planning: issuance, borrowings, cost of funds, funding mix.\nTransfer pricing: FTP policies, curve assignment, allocation logic, profitability impacts.\nCollateral & margining: CSA, eligibility rules, haircuts, margin calls, dispute workflows.\nTreasury P&L & accounting alignment: hedge accounting touchpoints, valuation inputs and controls.\n3) Data, Reporting & Controls\nDefine data lineage across Treasury source systems (trades, GL, risk, market data).\nSpecify data requirements for Treasury MIS, regulatory reports, dashboards, and reconciliations.\nDrive control design: auditability, approvals, Maker-Checker, exception management.\nSupport data quality initiatives: DQ rules, reconciliations, thresholds, root-cause analysis.\n4) Delivery, Testing & Governance\nSupport Agile/Hybrid delivery: backlog grooming, sprint planning, and stakeholder demos.\nLead/assist SIT/UAT, scenario building, test execution, defect triage, and closure.\nManage RAID, dependency tracking, and stakeholder communication across business/IT.\nEnsure documentation completeness: SOPs, training guides, runbooks, and support handover.\n5) Stakeholder Management\nAct as a key interface between Treasury (business), Risk, Finance, Operations, and IT.\nCollaborate with vendor/product teams (e.g., Murex, Summit, Calypso, FIS, SAP, Oracle, Kyriba) where applicable.\nPresent outcomes to senior stakeholders with clear, executive-ready updates.\nSkill Requirements\nExperience:\n10+ years overall experience in Banking/Financial Services.\n7+ years as a BA/SME in Treasury (Liquidity/ALM/Funding/FTP/Collateral).\nProven track record in Treasury transformation, platform implementation, or regulatory programs.\nFunctional Skills (Must-Have):\nDeep understanding of Treasury products and processes:\nMoney Market, FX Swaps, repos, securities financing (preferred)\nLiquidity metrics: LCR/NSFR, intraday liquidity (preferred)\nALM metrics: IRRBB (EVE/NII), behavioral assumptions (preferred)\nFTP concepts and allocation logic (preferred)\nStrong capability in:\nRequirements engineering, process modeling (BPMN/Visio), stakeholder facilitation\nControls/audit readiness and operational risk mindset\nTechnical & Analytical Skills:\nAdvanced Excel (pivots, lookups), strong documentation skills.\nHands-on with SQL for data validation (preferred).\nFamiliarity with reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau) is a plus.\nExperience with Agile tools (JIRA/Confluence, Azure DevOps) is a plus.\nPreferred / Nice-to-Have:\nExperience working with treasury platforms or vendor solutions:\n Murex / Calypso / FIS Quantum / SAP TRM / Oracle TRCS / Kyriba\nExposure to regulatory reporting and governance:\nLiquidity reporting, stress testing inputs, model governance (bank-specific)\nStrong understanding of integration touchpoints:\nMarket data, risk, GL, payments, confirmations, settlement, collateral systems\nOther Requirements\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s
