The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, data teams, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. The ideal candidate should be capable of facilitating requirement workshops, driving discussions, creating and managing Jira stories, and ensuring requirements are clearly translated into actionable deliverables.\nKey Responsibilities\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document RCM business processes, workflows, and requirements.\nConduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.\nLead requirement discussions and facilitate meetings across cross-functional teams.\nCreate comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), process flows, and user stories.\nTranslate business requirements into detailed Jira Epics, Features, Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.\nManage and maintain Jira backlog, ensuring requirements are prioritized and properly documented.\nWork closely with Product Owners, Architects, Data Analysts, and Engineering teams to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities.\nSupport Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.\nAnalyze RCM data requirements related to Patient Access, Claims, Billing, Payments, Denials, Collections, and Financial Reporting.\nPerform impact analysis and identify dependencies, risks, and gaps in requirements.\nCoordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate delivered functionality against business expectations.\nTrack action items, decisions, and project deliverables to ensure timely completion.\nKey Responsibilities\nRequired Qualifications\n5+ years of Business Analysis experience with at least 3 years in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).\nStrong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes including:\nPatient Registration\nInsurance Verification\nCharge Capture\nClaims Management\nDenial Management\nPayment Posting\nAccounts Receivable (AR) Management\nCollections and Revenue Reporting\nExperience creating and managing Jira Stories, Epics, Tasks, and Acceptance Criteria.\nStrong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience conducting requirement workshops and managing business discussions independently.\nExcellent documentation, communication, and presentation skills.\nKnowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working with healthcare data platforms and analytics initiatives.\nFamiliarity with BigQuery, data warehousing, and healthcare data models.\nPrior experience in payer or provider healthcare
