Accurate and Timely Payroll processing every Month, through Third Party Service Providers / Payroll Vendor, after payroll cut-off date and receipt of inputs from Input Teams.\n2. Complete validation of payroll and resolution of errors with the help of Payroll Vendor.\n3. Processing salary without errors through Payroll Vendor and sending the files after due & complete validation for posting into books of accounts & processing approval :-\n4. Discussing and resolving any concerns with Accounting Team regarding payroll processed and sent for payment.\n5. Preparing and sending data for approval and payment of Monthly Statutory dues for all the payrolls processed, as applicable, immediately after posting of payrolls / receipt of details from payroll vendor.\n6. Preparation of the data for Annual Returns to filed as applicable at the respective locations and ensure their filing well before the due dates on top priority, by Payroll Vendors.\n7. Preparing F&F settlements of leavers (Transfer Out & Separations) through payroll vendor.\n8. Sending the F&F settlements mail to Ex-Employee for recovery of amount in case it is a recoverable case and following up with them.\n9. Processing of salary advance requests.\n10. Preparing and sharing the data required by various Auditors from time to time; Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, TOC (Test of Controls) Audit, Internal / Concurrent Audit\n11. Reduction in cycle time in all processes.\n12. Automations in data usage and computations.\n13. Employee query resolution management.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. To Agree To Work Schedules And Payroll Calendars With Payroll Service Providers Including Data Provisioning Templates For Payroll Processing\n2. To Assist In Audits (Annual/Quarter/Government And Authority Etc.)\n3. To Drive Automations And Execution Of The Plan.\n4. To Ensure Adherence Of Sops And Rcms, Implement New Process/ Policy Changes And To Handle Employee Escalations\n5. To Ensure Sla Adherence For Claim Processing, Advances & Payments, Verification Of Full And Final Settlements.\n6. To Ensure Verification, Posting And Second Level Checking Of Accounting Of Costs, Ic Debit Notes For Cost Transfers, Data Extraction For Provisioning From Sap And Work Flows\n7.
