This role is suitable for someone with strong experience in Microsoft 365 identity and access management, security controls, and authentication support.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport identity lifecycle activities, including user provisioning, account modification, and de-provisioning.\nAdminister Microsoft Entra ID security groups and role-based access controls.\nSupport the configuration and maintenance of conditional access policies.\nEnforce identity and collaboration security policies across Microsoft 365.\nManage governance and access controls for SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams.\nInvestigate and resolve authentication and access-related incidents.\nSupport audits, access reviews, and compliance checks for Microsoft 365 services.\nMaintain identity and access management procedures and documentation.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience in identity and access management within Microsoft 365.\nStrong knowledge of authentication, authorisation, and access-control concepts.\nHands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, security groups, RBAC, and conditional access.\nExperience supporting SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams access governance.\nStrong troubleshooting and documentation skills.\nSkills\nDiagnostic Skills, Microsoft Teams Administration, Account
