The candidate will also be responsible for designing and developing new interfaces for real-time data transfer, improving data accuracy, ensuring seamless system integration, and maintaining reliable end-to-end application performance, stability, and operational excellence.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain .NET applications (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core), integrations, and custom extensions.\nArchitect and implement cloud-based APIs and real-time interfaces to integrate with ERP, data warehouse, and other enterprise systems.\nEnsure application security, data integrity, business continuity, and disaster recovery compliance.\nDrive forecast accuracy improvements through demand analysis, model tuning, and S&OP support.\nOversee data loads, batch processing, performance monitoring, and issue resolution within the planning platform.\nServe as the primary onsite liaison between business stakeholders, planners, vendors, and IT teams for requirements gathering, delivery, and support.\nLead release planning, deployments, UAT, and go-live activities to ensure successful solution delivery.\nLead and support Blue Yonder Demand Planning & Forecasting solutions, including forecasting models, demand hierarchies, and planning workflows.\nProvide L2/L3 production support, incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and continuous service improvement.\nMaintain project governance, SLA compliance, risk management, and operational excellence across the application landscape.\nSkill Requirements\nDot net full stack\nKnowledge of Azure cloud platforms and API-based integrations\nOracle PL/SQL\nBlue Yonder Demand Planning / Forecasting\nExpertise in end-to-end application migration, including assessment, planning, data transition, integration, testing, deployment, cutover, and post-migration support.\nOther Requirements\nStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage business stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced global environment.Experience in coordinating onsite-offshore teams and driving end-to-end delivery ownership.Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence and continuous improvement.Willingness to work from the office 4 days per week.
