Functional Ownership & Fit-Gap Analysis\nLead fit-gap analysis for Oracle Xstore POS against business processes\nDefine and document:\nBusiness Requirements (BRDs)\nFunctional Specifications (FSDs)\nUser stories with acceptance criteria\nEnsure alignment of:\nUK regulatory requirements\nGlobal POS template vs local adaptations\nB. Techno-Functional Solutioning\nTranslate business requirements into techno-functional Xstore solutions\nCollaborate with:\nDevelopment teams (customization/configuration)\nIntegration teams (upstream/downstream systems)\nEnsure feasibility across:\nPOS workflows\nIntegration layers\nDeployment constraints\nC. POS Functional Expertise (Core Scope)\nDrive solutioning and validation across:\nSales, returns, tenders\nPricing, promotions, tax handling\nOmnichannel flows (if applicable)\nEnsure consistency across:\nStore operations\nCustomer experience\nD. Integration & End-to-End Alignment\nWork closely with integration teams to ensure:\nAlignment with ERP, SAP, SAP CAR, Workforce systems\nValidate:\nData flows (inbound/outbound)\nEnd-to-end business process continuity\nE. UAT, Pilot & Store Validation\nLead and support:\nUAT planning and execution\nBusiness validation workshops\nEnable:\nPilot store readiness\nStore acceptance and go-live readiness\nAct as primary liaison between business users and QA teams\nF. Rollout & Deployment Support\nSupport:\nDeployment readiness\nCutover planning and business validation\nEnsure:\nStore readiness (configurations, workflows)\nMinimal disruption during rollout\nG.
