Decisioning Strategy Design & Implementation\nDesign, build, and deploy Next Best Action (NBA) strategies across the customer lifecycle.\nConfigure and implement decision logic in Pega CDH including Eligibility rules, Arbitration and prioritization logic,Engagement policies, Adaptive and predictive components\nDeliver consistent and personalized decisioning across multiple channels (e.g., RM desktop, mobile, web, email, assisted journeys).\nTranslate business objectives into scalable and practical decisioning solutions.\n2) Data-Driven Decisioning and Integration\nCollaborate with Data Engineering teams to consume and use customer, portfolio, transaction, behavioral, and interaction data for decisioning.\nWork with enterprise data sources and APIs to enable real-time and batch-driven decision strategies.\nEnsure proper mapping of customer attributes, segments, propensity indicators, and contextual signals into the Pega decisioning framework.\nSupport integration of Pega decisioning with broader banking platforms, CRM systems, and engagement channels.\n3) Analysis, Testing, and Optimization\nPerform simulations, testing, and validation of decision strategies before production release.\nFine-tune prioritization, engagement policies, and strategy performance based on feedback and business outcomes.\nAnalyze decision performance, rule behavior, and campaign/engagement effectiveness.\nContinuously improve decision outcomes using adaptive models, historical data, and business insights.\n4) Stakeholder Collaboration\nWork closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams to design effective decisioning solutions.\nTranslate business problems into analytical and decisioning approaches\nContribute to design workshops, backlog refinement, and agile delivery processes.\nCommunicate decisioning outcomes, insights, and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.\nSkill Requirements\nSkills required-\nCandidate will need to be educated to degree level in a numerate discipline or have equivalent, practical experience in an analysis related field.
