Implement best practices in pega development and ensure adherence to coding standards\n6. Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers on the team\nSkill Requirements\n1. Proficiency in pega prpc (pega rules process commander)\n2. Strong understanding of pega frameworks such as case management, bpm, decision management\n3. Experience in designing and developing pega applications including integrations with external systems\n4. Knowledge of java/j2ee, sql, html, css, javascript for pega customization\n5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment to achieve project milestones\n6. Good analytical and problem-solving skills\n7.
