Solution Ownership & Productization\nOwn one or more robotics solution domains (e.g., autonomous inspection, warehouse automation, digital twins, robotics AI platforms).\nDefine and evolve the solution vision, scope, and roadmap aligned with CoE strategy and market demand.\nDrive transformation of:\nDemos → structured solutions\nPoCs → reusable accelerators\nFirst-of-a-kind builds → scalable offerings\nDefine clear value propositions, use cases, and differentiation for each solution.\nEnsure solutions are modular, reusable, and aligned with reference architectures.\nTrack adoption, reuse, and business impact of owned solutions.\n2. Capability Development & Engineering Alignment\nWork closely with engineering, AI, and architecture teams to guide solution development.\nPrioritize backlog and define development milestones aligned with roadmap.\nEnsure alignment across:\nRobotics software (ROS/ROS2, autonomy stacks)\nSimulation environments (e.g., Nvidia Omniverse, USD)\nAI/ML models and perception pipelines\nHardware platforms and integrations\nDrive technical trade-offs balancing innovation, feasibility, scalability, and cost.\nEnsure high-quality documentation, packaging, and readiness for reuse.\n3. Customer Co-Innovation & Early Engagements\nLead solution-centric customer engagements including:\nCo-innovation initiatives\nPilots and first deployments\nEarly-stage solution shaping\nTranslate customer needs into structured solution enhancements.\nAct as the solution authority in customer discussions, demos, and workshops.\nEnsure successful execution of pilots with clear success criteria and KPIs.\nCapture learnings and feed them back into solution evolution.\n4. Transition to Scaled Delivery\nDefine criteria and readiness for scaling solutions into delivery engagements.\nEnsure structured handover to delivery teams, including:\nArchitecture and design documentation\nImplementation guidelines\nEffort models and deployment patterns\nSupport initial scale-up phases to ensure continuity and success.\nMinimize transition risks and ensure solution integrity as it scales.\n5. CoE Operations & Ecosystem Contribution\nContribute to CoE operational planning in collaboration with PMOs:\nResource planning for owned solution areas\nBudget input and prioritization\nProcurement needs (hardware, tools, platforms)\nEngage with ecosystem partners (robot OEMs, platform vendors, AI providers).\nSupport conferences, demos, and showcase events as a solution owner.\nContribute to overall CoE roadmap and capability strategy.\nSkill Requirements\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields\n8-15 years of experience in robotics, AI, or complex engineering program environments\nExperience in:\nRobotics solution development or system integration\nProduct ownership, solutioning, or program leadership\nStrong customer-facing experience in pilots, PoCs, or pre-sales\nProven ability to bridge engineering, business, and delivery teams\nOther Requirements\nTechnology Context\nStrong working understanding of:\nROS/ROS2 ecosystems and robotics middleware\nAutonomy, navigation, manipulation, and perception systems\nSimulation platforms (e.g., Nvidia Omniverse, USD)\nPython/C++ in robotics environments\nAI/ML and GenAI
